CB400F Pictures

Here is Andy Down in Australia with his gorgeous CB400F. Nice. The lower picture is him out on the open roads attempting to re-create the picture from on of the Honda manuals, nice shot! Take a look at the info he's got on his site. He provided much needed help and motivation while I worked on mine, Thanks!

Here is Fred Hunter's red CB400f, Blaze the Spaniel, and a VERY rare 125cc 1961 CB-92 Benly. The CB-92 is a forerunner of the 305cc Super Hawk, Super Hawk Scrambler, and Dream. Blaze looks like he's waiting for a ride...

Here's a picture of Fred's blue CB400F (taken 20 years ago) at the top of Rollins Pass (13,000 feet ASL), in July, in Colorado...with the Winter Park Ski Area in the background.

Appearantly Mati Holland has quite a bike, as shown here at a bike show up in Toronto.

Here is a restoration in progress by Howard Allen up in Maine. This is his '75 400F which was originally blue but is now gold/silvertone and deep metallic green. I look forward to seeing the completion of this restoration. I like the mix of chrome, silver and black.

Here is Erik Flinks 1975 CB400F that he is working on... Looks Good!

This is from Alberto Rech from Caxias do Sul -Brasil. His friend has over 9000km and says the bike is still quite a ride. Alberto did the restoration for his friend Claudio Torelly a few years ago. Looking good! All original Honda parts on this one, and spent over $6500.00 US. About a year long project, but looks excellent.

Here's another couple of pictures from Alberto Rech. It's a friend of his by the name of Neri Testa with an un-restored 1977 and original CB400F with over 35000km on it. He says you'll never see another CB400F with a "dusty-guard" on the rear fender like this one.

This is from Dave is NewZealand...

This is some pics of my bike alive and doing well in Christchurch Newzealand, bike has been completely rebuilt obtained all new parts genuine Honda parts only have been used

This is from Roland Tollin from Linkoping, Sweden

A recent purchase, and a sharp looking 1975...

Here's a big picture from Eric Brackett from Portland Maine...

100% original, and still looking sharp.

Here's a pic from Kees K...

Here a photo of my restored '77, hope you like it. Took about 1 1/2 year . Now I'am having a rechromed chain fender and bolts and several other items to complete the restouration.

Here's a few old pics from Ken Gregg...

I found our old photo album and pulled some rather low quality snapshots of my CB400F. Note the '74 license plate on one of them!

Here's from John Jones in Sheffield, England.
The bike was given to me in boxes!! After spending 13 years in a friends attic he was finally persuaded to part with it and the bike in the pics is the result as you can see the bike has non standard bits fitted, shocks, wheels, exhaust, mudguard, etc... but looks pretty good. The bike is a 1976 and has covered 29k miles.

Here is a picture of an old advertisment for the Honda, If anyone has pictures or can scan the inside, that would be neat to add here too.
Any other scanned Ads or other CB400F posters would be neat to put up too, so if you have one...
